E-Scooter

An e-scooter, or electric scooter, is a lightweight, battery-powered scooter that is typically equipped with two wheels and a platform for standing. E-scooters are designed for short-distance travel and urban mobility, allowing riders to navigate through city streets more easily than walking or driving. They are powered by an electric motor, which provides propulsion, making them more environmentally friendly compared to gas-powered vehicles. Riders stand on the platform and can usually control the speed using a throttle or a button, with some models featuring a handlebar for steering. E-scooters often have rechargeable batteries, allowing multiple rides on a single charge, and they can be rented through various ride-sharing services in many urban areas. They offer a convenient and efficient means of transport, particularly in congested city environments, contributing to a reduction in traffic congestion and emissions.
